Nursing experience of a child with mycoplasma pneumonia
The purpose of this study was to explore effective nursing strategies for mycoplasma pneumonia patients based on the treatment and nursing experience of a 14-year old and 9-month old child. The patient was treated with antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy, and a series of nursing measures such as temperature management, cough and sputum care, pain management, oxygen therapy, nutritional support and psychological care were taken to achieve good therapeutic effect. This case emphasizes the importance of comprehensive treatment and nursing in improving the recovery rate of children and reducing complications, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
