摘要

本文总结1例面部带状疱疹并发亨特氏面瘫患者的中西医结合护理经验。根据中医基本理论，对患者实施刺络拔罐、紫草油湿敷、雷火灸、耳针穴位治疗等中医特色适宜技术，有效改善了患者的临床症状，促进了疱疹的消退，减轻患者疼痛，改善面瘫，缓解患者的焦虑，提高了患者的舒适度及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with facial herpes zoster complicated by Hunt's facial paralysis. According to the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine， suitable techniques such as pricking and cupping， wet compress with Arnebia Root oil， lightning fire moxibustion， and ear acupuncture treatment have been implemented for the patient， which effectively improved the patient’s clinical symptoms， promoted the disappearance of herpes， reduced pain， improved facial paralysis， relieved anxiety， and improved the patient’s comfort and life quality.
