摘要

胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者术中低体温极大影响手术效果及术后恢复的不良情况，本研究总结1例胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者术中低体温的护理步骤及措施，针对患者情况进行术前情绪评估、引起其术中低体温的因素评估，针对影响因素进行针对性护理干预。患者低体温的情况得到有效控制与改善，应用保温毯、加热静脉输液及冲洗液体、呼吸道加温等治疗护理干预，未发生低体温相关的不良情况，顺利度过围术期。对于胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者，尤其是体质较差的老年患者，应重视术前评估、术中低体温的监测，积极采取预防护理措施至关重要。

Abstract

The adverse situation of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy greatly affects the surgical effect and postoperative recovery. This study summarized the nursing procedures and measures of intraoperative hypothermia in a patient with thoracoscopic lobectomy. The preoperative emotional assessment and the factors causing intraoperative hypothermia were conducted according to the patient's situation， and targeted nursing interventions were carried out according to the influencing factors. The patient's hypothermia was effectively controlled and improved， and the treatment and nursing interventions such as thermal blanket， heated intravenous infusion and liquid flushing， and respiratory tract heating were applied. No adverse conditions related to hypothermia occurred and the patient successfully passed the perioperative period. For patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy， especially elderly patients with poor physique， preoperative evaluation and intraoperative hypothermia monitoring should be paid attention to， and it is very important to actively take preventive nursing measures.
