摘要

本文总结1例肾衰病脾肾两虚证患者的中西结合护理经验。以辨证施护为导向，基于中西结合的理念为肾衰病脾肾两虚证患者制定个性化的中西医结合护理计划。经治疗，患者阴囊水肿、焦虑、喘憋及体液过多等临床症状有效改善。中西结合护理方法经济便捷、安全有效，易于为患者接受，促进患者疾病康复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a patient with spleen kidney deficiency syndrome in renal failure. Based on the concept of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine， a personalized integrated nursing plan is developed for patients with kidney failure syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency， guided by dialectical nursing. After treatment， the patient's clinical symptoms such as scrotal edema， anxiety， wheezing， and excessive body fluids have been effectively improved. The combination of Chinese and Western nursing methods is economical， convenient， safe， and effective， which is easy for patients to accept， promotes disease recovery， and improves their quality of life.
