摘要

本文总结头部按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗1例多系统萎缩患者睡眠障碍的护理经验，在常规护理的基础上，根据患者辨证采取头部按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗，并配合情志护理、饮食护理、健康宣教等干预，有效改善了患者的睡眠障碍，提升了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of head massage combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of sleep disorder of a patient with multiple system atrophy. Based on routine nursing， head massage combined with auricular point sticking treatment was adopted according to patient syndrome differentiation， and then combined with emotional nursing， diet nursing， health education and other interventions， the patient's sleep disorder were improved. This has played a positive role in improving the quality of life of patients.
