摘要

重症肺炎在老年人中发病率，病死率高，预后差，对老年人生命安全构成了极大的危害。本文总结集束化护理在1例百岁重症肺炎患者静脉管路中的应用经验，从疾病相关知识、病历资料、有循证的相关依据及有效的护理措施，旨在总结集束化护理可以降低患者导管相关并发症，为以后更全面、有效地开展护理工作提供借鉴。

Abstract

Severe pneumonia has a high incidence， high fatality rate and poor prognosis in the elderly， which poses a great harm to the life safety of the elderly. This paper summarizes the application experience of cluster nursing in the venous pipeline of a centenarian patient with severe pneumonia. Based on disease-related knowledge， medical records， evidence-based relevant evidence and effective nursing measures， it aims to conclude that cluster nursing can reduce catheter-related complications in patients， and provide reference for more comprehensive and effective nursing work in the future.
