摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合全息刮痧疗法治疗胃癌患者癌性疼痛的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护，给予中药膏摩联合全息刮痧治疗，配合生活起居护理、情志护理，健康宣教等护理措施，有效减轻了患者的癌性疼痛，提高肿瘤患者生活质量。本方法简便易廉、安全性高且无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of Chinese ointment and massage combined with holographic gua Sha therapy in the treatment of cancer pain in patients with gastric cancer. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation and care， Chinese ointment combined with holographic scraping therapy， combined with nursing measures such as daily life nursing， emotional nursing and health education， can effectively reduce cancer pain and improve the quality of life of cancer patients. This method is simple and inexpensive， safe and has no adverse reactions， and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
