摘要

本文报告1例重症急性脑梗死患者的多学科会诊及护理经验，从会诊目标、会诊组织、会诊实施、会诊效果评价这几个方面对会诊进行详细阐述。通过多学科会诊，为患者制定最佳的中西医结合诊疗和护理方案提供科专业化、规范化指导。多学科会诊不仅提升了临床科室整体护理水平，促进专业合作与交流，推动实现医院各项医疗资源的共享，也提升多学科会诊能力和中医护理的学术水平。

Abstract

This paper reported the practice of a multidisciplinary team in consultation and nursing of a patient with severe acute cerebral infarction. Through a case report， the consultation was elaborated from the aspects of objectives， organization， implementation and evaluation. Based on the multidisciplinary team consultation， an integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing plan were development to provide specialized and standardized guidance for the patient. Consultation and nursing by a multidisciplinary team may enhance the overall nursing quality， promote professional cooperation and communication， promote the medical resource sharing， and improve multidisciplinary consultation ability and nursing academic level， which is worth of promotion.
