摘要

总结1例慢性肾衰竭伴恶心呕吐患者行中药保留灌肠联合结肠透析的护理经验。在完善护理评估和明确护理问题的基础上，采用中药保留灌肠联合结肠透析改善患者腰痛乏力、下肢水肿以及恶心呕吐等症状，再针对患者个体情况制定个性化综合护理方案，以改善预后，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chronic renal failure accompanied by nausea and vomiting who underwent Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema combined with colonic dialysis. Nursing issues were identified based on the nursing risk assessment， and Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema combined with colonic dialysis nursing techniques were carried out to improve symptoms such as low back pain， weakness， lower limb edema， and nausea and vomiting. A relatively personalized comprehensive nursing plan was developed based on individual patient conditions to improve the progmosis and quality of life of the patient.
