摘要

本文总结耳穴放血联合耳穴贴压治疗1例肺脾气虚型鼻鼽患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理念，给予耳穴放血、耳穴贴压治疗，配合生活起居护理、失眠护理、饮食护理及情志护理等干预措施，有效改善患者鼻鼽症状，提高患者生活质量，且耳穴放血联合耳穴贴压技术具有简、便、效、廉的特点，安全性高，值得临床借鉴推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing measures of a patient with lung spleen deficiency type nasal allergy treated with auricular acupoint bloodletting combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation， auricular acupoint bloodletting and auricular acupoint pressing treatment were given， combined with daily living support， insomnia care， dietary guidance and emotional nursing， to relieve the nasal allergy symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patient. It is simple， cost-effective， safe， easy to operate， and worthy of clinical promotion.
