摘要

本文总结1例类风湿关节炎疼痛患者的居家护理经验。采用家用艾灸仪器长期居家艾灸双侧肾俞、足三里联合阿是穴，通过对患者随访，总结近一年来患者疼痛评分和生活质量评分，结果显示长期居家保健艾灸干预类风湿关节炎疼痛患者效果明显，可有效减轻患者疼痛，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the home nursing experience of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis pain. Home moxibustion equipment was used for long-term home moxibustion on bilateral Shenshu， Zusanli combined with A Shi point. Through the follow-up of patients， the pain score and quality of life score of patients in the past year were summarized. The results showed that long-term home health moxibustion had obvious effect on patients with rheumatoid arthritis pain， which could effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
