摘要

脑卒中急性期的对症治疗和护理对改善患者预后具有重要意义。本文总结1例缺血性脑卒中患者的中西医结合护理经验。在完善护理评估和常规护理干预的基础上，给予患者麦粒灸“中风七穴”、穴位按摩等中医特色护理技术，有效改善了患者四肢肌力情况及便秘症状，提高了患者日常生活质量。

Abstract

Targeted treatment and nursing interventions help to improve the prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke during the acute period. Based on the comprehensive nursing assessment and routine nursing interventions， Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques including moxibustion on Seven-Acupoint of Stroke and acupoint massage were carried out to relieve the limb function disorder and constipation symptom， and improve the patient’s quality of life during the treatment.
