摘要

本文总结1例老年重症肺炎气管插管患者的中西医结合护理经验。在常规西医护理基础上，运用穴位贴敷及耳穴贴压中医适宜技术，对患者进行中西医联合治疗，提高了老年重症肺炎患者的护理效果，对促进患者早日康复具有重要意义。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in an elderly patient with severe pneumonia with tracheal intubation. On the basis of conventional western medicine nursing， the application of acupoint application and auricular point application of traditional Chinese medicine suitable technology to patients with integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， improve the nursing effect of elderly patients with severe pneumonia， to promote the early recovery of patients is of great significance.
