摘要

本文总结1例婴儿视神经胶质瘤围手术期在多师共管模式下进行的护理实践经验分享。根据患者的临床资料，由责任护士进行病例汇报、手术室护士长、重症监护室（ICU）护士长、药剂科医师、中医医师分别针对患儿手术情况、重症监护室情况及婴幼儿临床用药、中医辨证施治情况进行讨论，协同制定个体化的护理措施，旨在提高患儿的治疗效果和生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of nursing a case of infant optic glioma in the perioperative period under the multi-division management model. According to the clinical data of the patient， the responsible nurse shall report the case， the head nurse of the operating room， the head nurse of the intensive care unit （ICU）， the pharmacy physician and the TCM physician shall discuss the surgical situation of the child， the situation of the intensive care unit， the clinical medication of the infant and the treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation， and jointly formulate individualized nursing measures. The aim is to improve the therapeutic effect and life quality of children.
