摘要

本文总结1例乳腺癌患者PICC置管后化疗并发过敏性皮炎的护理经验。护理人员积极评估皮损程度，开展辨证施护，通过加强皮肤护理、饮食护理等护理措施，缓解局部瘙痒，消除皮疹，改善患者的皮肤过敏反应。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a breast cancer patient with allergic dermatitis after PICC chemotherapy. The nurses evaluated the degree of skin lesion actively， carried out nursing based on syndrome differentiation， and relieved the local pruritus， eliminated the rash， and improved the allergic reaction of the patients through strengthening the nursing measures of skin care and diet care.
