摘要

本文总结1例中药塌渍治疗输入高渗性液体导致静脉炎患者的护理措施和体会，包括护理评估、中药塌渍操作方法、药方组成、注意事项以及预防静脉炎等护理措施。基于辨证施护理念，通过中药塌渍外治法积极干预，并辅以相关护理措施，患者静脉炎症状明显好转，疼痛减轻。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing measures and experience of a patient with phlebitis caused by hypertonic fluid infusion in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine collapsing stains， including nursing evaluation， operation methods of traditional Chinese medicine collapsing stains， composition of prescriptions， precautions， and nursing measures for phlebitis prevention. Based on the concept of dialectical care. Through the active intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and the external treatment of collapsing stains， supplemented by relevant nursing measures， the symptoms of phlebitis were significantly improved and the pain was reduced.
