摘要

本文总结1例肝硬化腹胀寐差的患者行耳穴贴压配合音乐疗法的护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性措施，即耳穴贴压、音乐疗法、饮食及生活等护理措施，患者腹胀和寐差症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with liver cirrhosis， abdominal distension， and poor sleep who underwent ear acupressure combined with music therapy. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， targeted measures were taken， including ear acupressure， music therapy， diet， and lifestyle care. As a result， the patient's symptoms of bloating and insomnia were significantly improved.
