摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合砭石疗法治疗1例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者的护理体会。在完善护理评估的基础上，给予中药膏摩联合砭石疗法，配合运动指导、生活指导、心理疏导和健康宣教，有效缓解疼痛和焦虑情绪，提高生活质量。

Abstract

In this paper， the nursing practice of a patient with cold coagulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea treated by Chinese herbal medicine ointment and acupuncture combined with stone needle therapy was summarized. Based on a comprehensive nursing assessment of potential risk， the Chinese herbal medicine ointment and acupuncture combined with stone needle therapy， in combination with exercise training， daily living support， psychological care and health education， was carried out to relieve the pain and anxiety of the patient.
