Full process nursing intervention for a patient with postoperative colostomy skin mucosal separation and malnutrition in colon cancer
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with skin and mucosal separation and malnutrition after colon cancer stoma surgery treated with a full course nursing intervention model. In response to the complications of stoma in patients, personalized nursing interventions are carried out in conjunction with traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition, rehabilitation, and mental health departments, significantly improving the patient's nutritional status and self-care ability, and promoting the patient's health outcomes.
