摘要

本个案报告旨在探讨耳穴贴压联合中医全息刮痧治疗胸痹患者失眠伴颈肩痛的疗效及护理方法。通过对1例失眠伴颈肩痛的胸痹患者进行护理，经过一个疗程的治疗和综合护理干预，患者胸闷、颈肩痛症状得到明显缓解，睡眠质量得到改善。护理过程中，重视患者的病情观察、护理评估、干预措施以及效果评价，全面关注患者的生理、心理、社会和精神需求，予患者健康教育，提高其对胸痹和失眠的认识，帮助其建立良好的生活方式和饮食习惯，可供临床借鉴。

Abstract

The purpose of this case report is to explore the efficacy and nursing methods of auricular point sticking combined with TCM holographic gua Sha in the treatment of insomnia accompanied by neck and shoulder pain in patients with chest numbness. Through nursing a case of chest arthralgia with insomnia and neck and shoulder pain， after a course of treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention， the symptoms of chest tightness and neck and shoulder pain of the patient were significantly relieved， and the quality of sleep was improved. In the process of nursing， attention is paid to patients' condition observation， nursing evaluation， intervention measures and effect evaluation， comprehensive attention is paid to patients' physiological， psychological， social and spiritual needs， health education is given to patients to improve their awareness of chest numbness and insomnia， and help them establish a good lifestyle and eating habits， which can be used for clinical reference.
