摘要

本文总结1例胸壁结核性窦道患者的护理经验。通过动态评估与辨证施护，予患者本院自拟复方五凤草液外用治疗，较短时间内脱落腐肉、引流脓液，加快组织新生，从而达到促进结核性窦道创面愈合的目的，疗效确切，以期为临床使用中医药治疗慢性难愈性创面提供思路。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chest wall tuberculous sinus tract. Through dynamic evaluation and syndrome differentiation nursing， the patient was treated with our hospital's self-made compound Wufengcao Liquid for external application， which quickly shed carrion， drained pus， accelerated tissue regeneration， and achieved the goal of promoting the healing of tuberculous sinus tract wounds. The therapeutic effect is definite， aiming to provide ideas for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic difficult to heal wounds.
