摘要

本文总结多学科结构化查房（SIBR）在1例脑卒中合并气管切开患者护理查房方面的经验。由责任护士介绍患者基本病情，SIBR团队共同分析探讨此案例存在的重点难点，由此提出相应护理问题并制定治疗方案。通过多学科结构化查房模式，帮助患者恢复身体功能并成功拔除尿管、胃管、气切套管，提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of structured interdisciplinary bedside rounds of a stroke patient with tracheostomy. The responsible nurse introduces the patient's basic condition， and the SIBR team analyzes and explores the key and difficult points of this case. Based on this， corresponding nursing issues are proposed and treatment plans are formulated. By using a multidisciplinary structured ward round model， patients were able to recover their physical function and successfully remove urinary， gastric， and gas cutting catheters， improving their quality of life.
