Case report of indwelling gastrointestinal tube in a patient with sluggish cardia
This paper records the nursing experience of enteral nutrition support in a patient with cardiac achalasia, who was diagnosed by TCM as cough, damp-toxin accumulation syndrome, Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Western medicine diagnosed bacterial pneumonia, coronary arteriosclerosis, achalasia, type 2 diabetes, old cerebral infarction. The nursing focuses on diet intervention, psychological nursing, gastrointestinal tube, nasogastric tube feeding, abdominal massage, under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine massotherapy, taking the theory of channels and collaterals as the theoretical basis, and cooperating with gastrointestinal tube operation methods, to improve the nutritional status of patients. To investigate the effect of abdominal massage and acupoint stimulation on the success rate of indwelling gastrointestinal tube in patients with achalasia.
