摘要

本文总结穴位贴敷及机械辅助排痰治疗1例老年慢性支气管炎咳嗽患者的护理经验，通过入院后对患者进行护理评估，基于辨证施护，开展穴位贴敷、机械辅助排痰、饮食调护、情志护理等中医护理干预，以及缓解咳嗽等常规西医护理，改善患者呼吸窘迫等症状，缓解病情，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a elderly patient with chronic bronchitis and cough treated with acupoint application and mechanical assisted sputum drainage. Through nursing evaluation after admission， based on dialectical nursing， traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions such as acupoint application， mechanical assisted sputum drainage， dietary adjustment， emotional care， as well as routine Western medicine nursing such as cough relief were carried out to improve symptoms such as respiratory distress， alleviate the condition， and improve the quality of life of the patient.
