摘要

本文总结1例中药封包技术治疗尺桡骨骨折患者肿痛的护理体会。入院后完善护理评估，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，根据证候特点，开展中药封包特色技术，同时落实生活起居、饮食护理、情志护理及康复指导等，有效降低肢体肿胀程度，减轻患者痛苦，缩短病程，提升患者舒适度和满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating swelling and pain in a patient with ulnar and radial fractures using traditional Chinese medicine packaging technology. After admission， a comprehensive nursing evaluation was conducted. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， Chinese medicine packaging techniques were developed based on the characteristics of the syndrome. At the same time， daily living， dietary care， emotional care， and rehabilitation guidance were implemented to effectively reduce limb swelling， alleviate patient pain， shorten the course of the disease， and improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
