摘要

本文总结1例腰椎椎管内神经鞘瘤术后马尾神经损伤导致大小便功能障碍的患者个案护理。基于医护技协作模式，为患者制定目标导向性康复策略，通过腹部手法按摩、肠刺激手法按摩、直肠功能的练习、针灸、耳穴压豆、间歇导尿等中西医结合技术实施精准护理，有效改善患者症状，促进患者早期康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing care of a patient with bowel and bladder dysfunction caused by cauda equina injury after lumbar intraspinal schwannoma surgery. Using the medical-nursing-technical collaboration model， we jointly formulated a goal-oriented rehabilitation strategy for the patient， and implemented precision nursing through abdominal massage， intestinal stimulation massage， rectal function exercises， acupuncture， auricular acupoint pressing， intermittent catheterization and other integrated Chinese and Western medicine techniques. Effectively improving the patient's symptoms and promoting early recovery.
