摘要

本文总结1例腰部疼痛伴双下肢麻木疼痛腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者的中医人文护理体会。责任护士通过对患者家庭、社会、环境、病理、体质、性格、年龄及性别等因素的了解，提供个性化的生活起居护理、情志护理、饮食护理及健康指导，取得患者信任，获得患者充分配合，使患者腰及双下肢麻木疼痛症状明显减轻，缩短患者住院天数，提高患者的生存质量，效果显著，具有借鉴意义。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of traditional Chinese medicine humanistic nursing in a patient with acute lumbar disc herniation accompanied by lower back pain and numbness pain in both lower limbs. Responsible nurses provide personalized daily care， emotional care， dietary care， and health guidance by understanding factors such as the patient's family， society， environment， pathology， constitution， personality， age， and gender. They gain the patient's trust and full cooperation， significantly reducing the patient's symptoms of numbness and pain in the waist and lower limbs， shortening the patient's hospital stay， and improving the patient's quality of life. The effect is significant and has reference value.
