摘要

本文总结1例瘢痕体质合并重度主动脉瓣狭窄行经导管主动脉瓣置换术并发假性动脉瘤患者的中西医结合护理，包括围手术期护理、假性动脉瘤患者护理及中西医结合的护理措施，有效地促进患者快速恢复生活自理能力，提高生活质量，尽快回归社会。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing of a patient with severe aortic valve stenosis and scar constitution who underwent transcatheter aortic valve replacement surgery and developed pseudoaneurysm. The nursing includes perioperative care， pseudoaneurysm patient care， and integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures， effectively promoting the patient's rapid recovery of self-care ability， improving quality of life， and returning to society as soon as possible.
