摘要

本文总结1例重症肺炎合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的护理，针对其具体情况，制定针对性护理方案、探讨并总结其护理要点，包括监测生命体征、呼吸道护理、低血压护理、抗感染护理、营养支持、预防潜在并发症护理、心理护理及中医特色护理。经过积极对症治疗及有效护理后，患者病情稳定，生命体征平稳。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing care of a patient with severe pneumonia complicated with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Based on their specific situation， a targeted nursing plan is developed， and the nursing points are discussed and summarized， including monitoring vital signs， respiratory care， hypotension care， anti infection care， nutritional support， prevention of potential complications care， psychological care， and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic care. After active symptomatic treatment and effective nursing， the patient's condition stabilized and vital signs remained stable.
