摘要

本文总结1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴银屑病患者的急救和中西医结合护理经验。通过积极的抢救措施结合中医治疗和护理，西医给予抗感染、解痉平喘及化痰药物、雾化吸入、氧疗、抗过敏、止痒药物治疗干预，并加强饮食和情志护理；中医给予中医适宜技术和中药熏洗。中西医结合，相互补充，发挥中医特色护理技术优势，有效减轻患者咳喘症状，缓解皮肤瘙痒不适。

Abstract

This article summarized the emergency care and integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanying psoriasis. Acute and critical care medicine treatment including anti-infection drugs， medication for antispasmodic and phlegm elimination， nebulization， oxygen therapy， anti-allergic agents were carried out. In addition， patient was given Traditional Chinese Medicine appropriated technology and Chinese medicine fumigation. The integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine， coordinate and complement each other， is effective to relive the clinical symptoms and reduce the itchy skin of the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanying psoriasis.
