摘要

本文探讨1例肺癌伴多发转移化疗后肺部感染患者的中医特色护理干预效果。通过中医辨证施护，对患者咳嗽咳痰、气短症状进行针对性干预，包括肺俞穴中药膏摩；中药贴敷于肺俞、膻中穴位；腹部外用中药热罨包及刮灸肺俞、膀胱经、肾俞。干预后，患者咳嗽、咳痰、气短症状明显减轻，生活质量得到提高。中医特色护理技术能够有效缓解肺癌伴多发转移化疗后肺部感染患者临床症状，值得临床借鉴和推广。

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing interventions for a patient with pulmonary infection after chemotherapy for lung cancer and multiple brain metastases. Nursing interventions by using Traditional Chinese Medicines syndrome differentiation were carried out to relieve clinical symptoms of cough， expectoration and shortness of breath. Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing interventions included the Chinese herbal medicine ointment massage at Feishu point ； Traditional Chinese medicine external application at Feishu and Tanzhong acupoints ； Abdominal external use of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot package and scraping moxibustion on Feishu， bladder meridian and Shenshu acupoints. The symptoms of cough， sputum and shortness of breath were significantly reduced， and the quality of life was improved. The characteristic nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine has a significant effect on relieving clinical symptoms of pulmonary infection in lung cancer after chemotherapy for lung cancer and multiple brain metastases， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
