Analysis of a case of acute inflammatory demyelinating multiple radiculopathy treated with integrated care of Chinese and Western medicine
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. After the patient was admitted, nursing assessment was conducted based on traditional Chinese medicine differentiation. Interventions were carried out based on drug care, respiratory management, skin care, prevention of complications, psychological care, and nutritional support. In addition, ear acupoint pressure therapy was used to improve the patient's spirit, herbal ointment massage was used to regulate the stomach, acupuncture and electrical acupuncture were used to improve muscle strength, effectively improving the patient's discomfort symptoms, reducing the risk of complications, and promoting the patient's recovery.
