摘要

本文总结1例分泌性中耳炎患者的中西医结合治疗和护理经验。完善护理评估和诊断，制定护理计划，针对患者的症状和护理诊断给予中医特色护理，包括耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷、刮痧等，有效改善患者双耳堵闷感及耳胀症状，提升听力。治疗期间加强并发症预防、术后健康指导等，提升患者舒适度及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing of a patient with secretory otitis media. Based on the diagnosis and analysis on the clinical symptoms of secretory otitis media， targeted nursing interventions including auricular acupoint pressing， acupoint application and Guasha were carried out to relieve the symptoms stuffy and improving the restoration of hearing. In addition， comprehensive nursing interventions on prevention of postoperative complications and health education were carried out to improve the comfort and quality of life of the patient during treatment.
