The nursing points include prevention and control of infection; Conduct dynamic nutritional risk screening and nutritional assessment, develop personalized parenteral nutrition plans, provide timely enteral nutrition support, and improve patients' nutritional status; Strengthen feeding tolerance assessment and promptly address common complications; Implement personalized psychological care, provide family nutrition support and follow-up. After 67 days of careful treatment and care by a multidisciplinary team, the patient's condition has been controlled, their nutritional status has significantly improved, and their weight has steadily increased. During a one month follow-up, the patient's appetite gradually increased and they were able to reach their target intake through oral feeding.
