摘要

本文总结1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者应用穴位贴敷联合呼吸操康复训练的护理体会。在常规临证护理和物理治疗的基础上，通过穴位贴敷联合呼吸操康复训练，有效缓解患者临床症状，患者病情好转，康复出院。

Abstract

This article summarized the acupoint application combined with respiratory exercises and nursing practice of a patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. In addition to physiotherapy and nursing by syndrome differentiation， the acupoint application combined with respiratory exercises was carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms of AECOPD and improve the respiratory recovery of the patient.
