摘要

本文总结中药灌肠联合穴位按摩治疗1例帕金森患者顽固性便秘的护理体会。基于临床症状及护理评估结果，对1例帕金森便秘患者实施中药灌肠及穴位贴敷治疗。经治疗，患者便秘评分有所下降，排便情况得到显著改善，由5～6 d排深褐色球状硬便1次，每次排便时长大于25 min，改善为2～3 d排黄褐色软便1次，且时长缩短至10 min以内，患者腹胀及排便不尽感消失。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with acupoint massage to treat stubborn constipation in a patient with Parkinson's disease. Based on clinical symptoms and nursing evaluation results， a patient with Parkinson's constipation was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema and acupoint application. After treatment， the patient's constipation score has decreased and their bowel movements have significantly improved. They will defecate once every 5-6 days， with a dark brown spherical hard stool lasting more than 25 minutes each time. This has been improved to defecate once every 2-3 days， with a yellow brown soft stool lasting less than 10 minutes. The patient's bloating and incomplete bowel movements will disappear.
