摘要

本文总结1例新型冠状病毒感染（重型）合并呼吸衰竭患者的护理及多学科协作团队查房实践经验。基于责任护士、主管医生、护理专业学组、专科护士、临床药师、检验医师、营养师等多学科协作模式开展护理查房，回顾讨论1例新型冠状病毒感染（重型）合并呼吸衰竭患者的救治及护理全过程。通过查房让护士更直观地学习危重患者治疗和护理方法，通过对过查房过程中所涉及的学科知识进行总结归纳，有利于提升业务水平，以便为患者提供更好的优质护理，改善护理工作，提高护理质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing practice and multidisciplinary team-based ward rounds management of a patient with severe COVID-19 combined with respiratory failure. A multidisciplinary team consisting of duty nurses， supervising doctor， nursing specialists， clinical pharmacists， laboratory physicians and nutritionist was established to guild the ward rounds， and treatment and nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed. The multidisciplinary team-based ward rounds may help nurses learn critical care and nursing more efficiency， and improve the quality of nursing for critically ill patients.
