摘要

本文总结1例中西医综合治疗联合快速康复治疗乳痈合并双向情感障碍病史患者的护理经验。患者1月前行左乳象限切除术，于围术期间出现焦虑、失眠症状，白天长期佩戴眼罩不喜言语。运用中医五音疗法思想体系结合中医整体观的哲学思想，予患者耳穴三序疗法与皮内针等中医特色护理，同时遵循整体护理理念，将快速康复理念与五音疗法及八段锦融合，对患者情志、饮食及活动进行指导，有效改善患者焦虑状态，缓解术后疼痛，并加速患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with a history of breast abscess and bipolar disorder treated with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with rapid rehabilitation therapy. The patient underwent a left breast quadrant resection surgery one month ago and experienced symptoms of anxiety and insomnia during the perioperative period. They wore eye masks for a long time during the day and did not like to speak. By combining the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine's five tone therapy with the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine， we provide patients with ear point three sequence therapy and intradermal acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing care. At the same time， following the concept of holistic nursing， we integrate the concept of rapid recovery with five tone therapy and eight segment brocade to guide patients' emotions， diet， and activities， effectively improving their anxiety state， relieving postoperative pain， and accelerating their recovery.
