摘要

本文总结1例老年股骨颈骨折保守治疗患者运用中西医结合治疗康复的经验。选取我院2024年11月14日收治1名股骨颈骨折患者，为患者制定个性化的“预防+改善”双管齐下的康复护理方案，即运用中医揿针、理疗的中医特色护理技术，结合有效功能锻炼积极预防并发症，并予康复指导。经治疗，患者顺利康复，生活质量得到提供。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of using a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the rehabilitation of an elderly patient with conservative treatment of femoral neck fracture. Select a patient with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital on November 14， 2024， and develop a personalized "prevention+improvement" dual pronged rehabilitation nursing plan for the patient， using traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques such as acupressure and physical therapy， combined with effective functional exercise to actively prevent complications and provide rehabilitation guidance. After treatment， the patient recovered smoothly and their quality of life was provided.
