摘要

本文总结了1例冠心病PCI术后的中西医结合护理及医护一体化查房实践经验。对患者实施耳穴压丸中医特色护理，缓解患者心悸、气短症状。责任护士、主管医生、科主任、护士长共同参与医护一体化查房，将疾病发病机制、手术方案、病情观察、护理要点、预防并发症护理、情志护理、饮食指导及康复锻炼融为一体。医护协同制定护理方案，减少了术后并发症的发生，促进了患者的快速康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the practical experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing and integrated medical nursing rounds in a patient with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery. Implement traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for patients with ear acupoint pressure pills to alleviate symptoms of palpitations and shortness of breath. The responsible nurse， chief physician， department head， and head nurse jointly participate in the integrated ward round of medical care， integrating the pathogenesis of the disease， surgical plan， condition observation， nursing points， prevention of complications， emotional care， dietary guidance， and rehabilitation exercise. Collaborative development of nursing plans by medical staff reduces the occurrence of postoperative complications and promotes rapid recovery of patients.
