摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗上肢丹毒的护理经验。中医采用局部中药塌渍治疗以清热解毒、利湿消肿，口服中药以清热、利湿、解毒，穴位注射以抗炎、巩固疗效；西医主要以抗感染、改善微循环、促进静脉淋巴回流为主；辅以生活起居护理、饮食护理、情志调理等相关护理，对患者实施全程、优质的干预，实现中、西医相结合，内、外治并济，灵活应用，提高疗效，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of 1 case of upper limb erysipelas treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine was used for clearing heat and removing toxicity， dampness and detumescence. Western medicine mainly focused on anti-infection， improving microcirculation and promoting venous lymphatic return. Supplemented by daily living care， diet care， emotional conditioning and other related care. The implementation of the whole process， high-quality care for patients， It has realized the combination of Chinese and western medicine， internal and external governance and economic， flexible application， improve the curative effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
