摘要

本文总结1例耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷治疗腹腔镜阑尾炎术后肠胀气患者的护理经验。本案例通过给予术后肠胀气患者耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷治疗的干预措施，同时配合情志护理、饮食护理，有效改善患者胀气症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with postoperative intestinal bloating after laparoscopic appendicitis treated with ear point application combined with acupoint application. This case study effectively improves the symptoms of postoperative intestinal bloating and enhances the quality of life of patients by providing intervention measures such as ear acupressure combined with acupoint application therapy， as well as emotional and dietary care.
