摘要

本文总结1例采取膀胱截石位进行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者，加强围术期护理观察，手术后在恢复体位过程中出现小腿麻木的症状，在完善护理评估的基础上，并结合中医基础理论，运用中医穴位按摩手法，减轻患者小腿麻木的程度，有效预防手术体位并发症，降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生，提高术后恢复和舒适度，值得临床参考应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes a case of a patient who underwent transurethral plasma resection of the prostate using a bladder lithotomy position. The perioperative nursing observation was strengthened， and symptoms of leg numbness occurred during the recovery process after surgery. Based on the improvement of nursing evaluation and combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage techniques were used to reduce the degree of leg numbness in the patient， effectively prevent surgical position complications， reduce the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs， and improve postoperative recovery and comfort. It is worthy of clinical reference and application.
