摘要

目的

总结1例急性心力衰竭合并肾功能衰竭患者因喘憋、无尿行床旁CRRT治疗后，患者呼吸困难消失、肌酐水平下降，电解质、循环稳定的护理体会。

方法

根据患者的护理难点采取严密监控患者体液容量水平，精确记录出入液量，行床旁CRRT治疗，患者转危为安并康复出院。

结果

患者经9 d治疗与精心护理，病情稳定且脱离危险，肺部炎症吸收良好。

结论

患者行CRRT治疗效果显著，有效的护理措施有助于缓解肾功能衰竭患者行CRRT期间并发急性左心衰竭的症状。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with acute heart failure complicated with renal failure who underwent bedside CRRT treatment due to wheezing and anuria. The patient's breathing difficulties disappeared， creatinine levels decreased， and electrolytes and circulation remained stable.

Method

Based on the nursing difficulties of the patient， strict monitoring of the patient's fluid volume level is adopted， accurate recording of fluid inflow and outflow is carried out， bedside CRRT treatment is performed， and the patient turns danger into safety and recovers before discharge.

Result

After 9 days of treatment and careful care， the patient's condition remained stable and out of danger， and the lung inflammation was well absorbed.

Conclusion

The treatment effect of CRRT on patients is significant， and effective nursing measures can help alleviate the symptoms of acute left heart failure during CRRT in patients with renal failure.
