摘要

本文总结1例头部循经刮痧联合穴位按摩治疗胸痹心痛病患者的护理体会。护理人员在完善护理评估的基础上，实施中医特色护理技术头部循经刮痧联合穴位按摩，治疗期间配合生活起居指导，加强患者饮食指导、情志护理及健康教育等。经干预，有效改善患者临床症状，提高其睡眠质量，并促进患者早日康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chest obstruction and heartache treated with head meridian scraping combined with acupoint massage. On the basis of improving nursing evaluation， nursing staff implement traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques such as head meridian scraping combined with acupoint massage. During treatment， they cooperate with daily life guidance， strengthen patient dietary guidance， emotional care， and health education. Through intervention， the clinical symptoms of patients have been effectively improved， their sleep quality has been enhanced， and early recovery has been promoted.
