摘要

本文总结1例肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留的综合性护理经验。综合性护理干预从患者生理、心理等诸多方面实施措施，中西医结合，在常规护理的基础上，加强排尿干预，积极开展健康宣教，提升患者治疗信心，缓解术后疼痛，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the comprehensive nursing experience in managing postoperative pain and urinary retention in a patient with an anal fistula. Comprehensive nursing interventions were implemented from various aspects， including the patient's physiology and psychology， integrating both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. In addition to routine nursing care， emphasis was placed on strengthening urinary intervention and actively conducting health education to enhance the patient's confidence in treatment， alleviate postoperative pain， and improve their quality of life.
