摘要

本文总结1例院外带入压力性损伤患者多学科联合护理查房实践经验。由责任护士、主管医生、护士长、科室成员、营养师、伤口造口失禁专科护士及护理部管理人员参加查房，责任护士介绍患者病情和治疗情况，其他成员从多专科角度研究讨论患者的病情及治疗、护理措施，提出交叉学科间的建议，以提升压力性损伤患者的护理质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the practical experience of multidisciplinary nursing rounds in a patient with pressure injury brought in from outside the hospital. The ward rounds are conducted by the responsible nurse， supervising physician， head nurse， department members， nutritionist， wound stoma incontinence specialist nurse， and nursing department management personnel. The responsible nurse introduces the patient's condition and treatment situation， while other members study and discuss the patient's condition， treatment， and nursing measures from a multidisciplinary perspective， and propose interdisciplinary recommendations to improve the quality of care for patients with stress injuries.
