摘要

本文总结穴位贴敷联合耳穴压丸在1例肠梗阻患者护理中的应用效果。本例女性肠梗阻患者常规治疗过程中，采用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压丸进行中医护理。结合患者病情，提出护理问题、护理措施、护理目标，采取中西医结合治疗和护理后患者腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐等症状显著减轻，肠鸣音恢复正常，排便顺畅，随访期间未出现肠梗阻复发。穴位贴敷联合耳穴压丸在肠梗阻患者的护理中效果明确，能够有效缓解症状，促进康复。

Abstract

This paper investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with auricular acupoint pressing in nursing of a patient with intestinal obstruction. Based on the routine treatment， the acupoint application combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy was adopted to relieve the clinical symptoms of intestinal obstruction. After a comprehensive nursing assessment on current problems and potential risks of the patient， the integrative nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the abdominal pain， bloating， nausea and vomiting. The patient recovered with return of bowel sounds and defecation， and no recurrence of intestinal obstruction occurred during follow-up. The acupoint application combined with auricular acupoint pressing is effective to relieve the clinical symptoms of intestinal obstruction and improve the recovery of the patient.
