摘要

本文总结1例耻骨骨折伴多发压力性损伤患者的护理体会。患者年龄大、长期卧床、被迫体位，在治疗中正确指导患者选择适宜的体位及正确的翻身方法，增加病人舒适度并减少压力性损伤的发生。当患者出现压力性损伤时，通过选择适宜的敷料处理伤口，有效的进行处理与干预，提高患者满意度的同时提升患者的生活质量，并缩短住院时间。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with pubic fracture accompanied by multiple pressure injuries. The patient is elderly， bedridden for a long time， and forced to take a certain position. During treatment， it is important to guide the patient to choose the appropriate position and correct turning method to increase patient comfort and reduce the occurrence of pressure injuries. When patients experience pressure injuries， selecting appropriate dressings to treat the wound can effectively improve treatment and intervention， enhance patient satisfaction， improve their quality of life， and shorten hospitalization time.
