One case of rehabilitation nursing after knee joint replacement surgery
This study summarizes the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing experience of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in a patient with unilateral knee osteoarthritis who underwent knee replacement surgery. Postoperative patients face problems such as pain, swelling, limited joint function, and significant anxiety. Through Western medicine pain management, prevention of infection and thrombosis, and joint function recovery, combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral and external treatment and physical therapy, the patient's pain is significantly reduced, joint mobility is increased, and quality of life is significantly improved, achieving rapid recovery. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of psychological care, nutritional guidance, and home care in the rehabilitation process, recognizes the advantages of integrated rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the rehabilitation of patients after knee joint replacement surgery, and looks forward to the future development direction of rehabilitation nursing, in order to provide useful references for clinical rehabilitation nursing.
